Terms and Conditions
These terms apply to use of the Bilora website and to registrations made for events hosted by Bilora Events.
Event information
Bilora aims to publish accurate information about its events, including dates, venues, programme details, ticket types and prices. Event details may change where reasonably necessary. Material changes affecting registered attendees should be communicated using the contact details supplied during registration.
Registration and tickets
A registration is subject to availability and any event-specific eligibility or capacity limits. A paid registration is not treated as confirmed until payment has been successfully verified. Digital tickets and registration references are intended for the registered attendee and should not be altered or misused.
Payments
Where M-Pesa checkout is offered, the payer is responsible for confirming the displayed amount and phone number before approving the prompt on their device. An STK request being sent does not by itself mean payment succeeded; BEMP confirms payment only after a successful provider response is recorded.
Refunds and cancellations
Refund and cancellation treatment is governed by the published Refunds and Cancellations information and any event-specific terms shown before purchase. Where an event-specific policy is stricter or more specific, it should be presented before payment is accepted.
Attendee conduct
Attendees are expected to comply with reasonable venue, safety, security and event rules. Bilora may refuse entry or require a person to leave where necessary to protect attendees, staff, property or the lawful operation of the event.
Website use
You must not attempt to interfere with the website, gain unauthorised access, submit malicious material or misuse payment, registration or administration functions. Content on this website may not be copied or represented as your own without permission except where the law permits otherwise.
Privacy
Personal information is handled in accordance with Bilora's Privacy Notice.
